In 2011, Mike Loudon established Building Effectiveness to assist organisations, teams and individuals to improve their performance.
 

Building Effectiveness delivers high quality services and products, adding real value through working closely with our clients to deliver benefical outcomes. We are based in Canberra but work across Australia.

 

 

Mike has a passion for improving outcomes - for individuals, teams and organisations. Mike has been providing strategic consulting and coaching services for over five years, backed up with 13 years experience in the Senior Executive and over 30 years in the Australian Public Service.

 

Mike's expertise is strategic policy development, program development, implementation and review. Topics covered include financial policy and legislation, strategic policy frameworks and planning, environmental policy, shared services, change management and governance.

 

Mike is also an accredited executive coach and experienced mentor.
